...Time Passes (And the King is dead)

Way back when, I discovered Neal Stephenson's Quicksilver would be published in January. February's come and gone, and now it's reported to be September.

I said it hadn't hit me yet that Brian died. And strangely, it still hasn't. At least, not how I expected it too. I thought, sooner or later, I'd get hit with this wave of grief and lose composure for a bit, but it never happened, even at the funeral.

Citibank bought out Cal Fed back in June. I predicted the death of Elvis Schmiedekamp. Today, I saw Citibank signs had been erected on the Cal Fed branch down the street. Long live the King!
