Another hero from within Hoover's office

While Mark Felt (Deep Throat) was working in the upper echelons of the FBI, Thomas Tamm was occasionally hiding under J. Edgar Hoover's desk. (Via TPM) Tamm is the DOJ lawyer who blew the whistle on the NSA's illegal warrantless wiretapping program to the New York Times. It's worth noting that FISC presiding judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly, as well as her predecessor, Roce Lamberth, have expressed concerns over that material and its use in support of FISA warrants.
