Truly...

between Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, and Keith Olbermann, we have a one-two-knockout punch of commentators on basic cable.

Jon and Stephen get to be sarcastic and rude in speaking the truth. That's one way of reaching an audience. But not everyone reacts well to it. Keith's fury is presented with dignity and class. Now you cover more.

(Of course, I'm endeared to both approaches.)

I miss Dennis Miller's ridiculously literal rants back in his liberal-and-funny days. We could use that too. Bill Maher should be front and center too, except his HBO show, while entertaining, is often too much of a circus to delve deep enough into discussion, and he disqualifies himself by giving that blonde Republican cunt a stage.

So which Geto Boys track is a more appropriate new opening theme for Countdown? "Damn It Feels Good To Be A Gangsta", or "Still"?
