Another victory

Not quite flawless, there's still a few lights stuck "on" when they shouldn't be. But at least what goes up there is intelligible.

I originally planned "All your base are belong to us!" but I have to do a lot of hand-tweaking of the sysvbanner output, so that would've taken too long. The next step is to get messages to scroll across the display, which will make yow | mqscroll feasible.
