Super Sizes are out
So McDonald's is eliminating "Super Size" items from its menus nationwide. No big loss. They were portions too large for a single person to eat, unless you're a Cartman-esqe Fat Fuck(tm) or a high-metabolism teenager. The "Abyss Boy"-sized drinks take so long to consume the ice melts and dilutes them before you're halfway done. They made all the sizes larger anyways. When I was a little kid, the present-day "medium" was the "large". The "child-size" was "small".
Maybe "Fast Food Nation" or "Super Size Me" had an effect on their decision. Maybe it didn't. Who cares?
