Bad outsourcing article

I saw this in the North County Times yesterday. The author purports that outsourcing white-collar jobs to India is good for Americans. He points out that all these Indians are using American computers (Compaqs, Dells, Gateways) and drinking American-branded beverages (Coke-owned Dasani water.) Let's forget that, save for the processors, the computer parts are largely made in the Far East. The water is likely purified and bottled locally. So all that makes it back to US shores is the profits.

So outsourcing is good for the American economy. But this goof still makes no case at all that it's any good for individual Americans.
