Clever senior prank
Photoshop and cheap high-quality laser printing is your friend. Or, at least the friend of some seniors at San Dieguito Academy in Encinitas.

I hope these kids demand their free condoms at prom... >-)

*laugh* I hadn't heard about that. Google reveals all, of course.

I just spent the last two minutes laughing my ass off. That was pretty clever. I think I'm impressed most of all by the writing. The tone makes it sound like a letter that would be sent out by a school. I wouldn't expect that from your average high school senior.

Yeah, between the tone, the letterhead, and the combination of signatures, it's really clever and well thought-out. It's "what I would've done". These aren't average HS seniors, anyways. San Dieguito Academy is one of San Dieguito Union's two magnet high schools.

This reminds me of a related story. Some seniors at New Trier pulled a stunt several years ago where they mailed out similarly official-looking letters to the senior class, congratulating them for citizenship, and as a token of trust, here's a copy of the building master key! In the end, one of the perpetrator's parents discovered it and made their son turn himself in. They had to collect all the keys, or else pay to rekey the entire school. Given New Trier's age, the estimate ran into six digits.
